Please take a look and tell me what you think.

Favourite style of art: abstract, surreal
Interests
I just got done reading the first three books from Interview with the Vampire, and I'm feeling an overwhelming urge to draw some of the characters. I also thought of doing a rendition of Marius' painting of Armand which was kept by the Talamasca which is mentioned in the third book. I couldn't find any artist who has done this online, and I think it would be pretty neat.

Love your gallery! Your paintings have a distinctive dream-like quality but they aren't migraine-inducing bizarre either. Please keep up the great work!

Hey you,

I had a look through your gallery and I liked it a lot. I see that we are both in the same stage as an artist; looking for your 'own' style and experimenting with materials/media. Good luck and lots of fun!!!

im glad you like it! Thats kinda hard to count because it varies. Some of the drawings were done for my drawing class, and for the large ones it would take us two or three days. so probably two a week lately. On my own time tho... im not really sure because ill go a while without ideas and then several will come to me at once. each one takes about 3-4 hours for the smaller ones. sorry that this was so long lol

Yeah, they don't take me too long to complete, using a tortillion really speeds up my process. I should actually start spending more time on them...but most of what you see are smaller drawings, 8x10, which i did in class or at family gatherings when i was bored XD
